We offer service support for ALL makes of electronic CopyBoards.

We are dedicated to providing you with a complete maintenance service package. Our field service engineers are highly trained and experienced. We offer an emergency call-out service, maintenance agreements and preventative servicing.

So that you can use your copyboard at its best, we also supply the highest quality consumables.

Choose from our three types of service cover:

a. On–Site Maintenance Agreement
An all-inclusive price, paid for annually in advance, covers: service call-out, labour, spare parts, cleaning and servicing.

b. On–Site Time and Material
Equipment not covered by maintenance agreement can be serviced on-site at a fixed call-out charge (including labour), spares are charged extra. Call to see if your equipment is supported.

c. Return to Base Repairs
You can send any piece of equipment to our repair facilities in Harrow. For a one off price we will provide a fault report and estimate of repair. You can then decide whether to authorise repair or not.
